How is the price worked out?

Per person with access, each month: €35 a person for the whole back office. You choose who gets access, and not everyone in your company needs it. Every person past 25 costs half, €17.50. There's no minimum: one person costs €35 a month. Over 100 people, we price it with you.

Who needs access?

Only the people who manage the work: they review and approve what the roles prepare, set the rules and follow the work in the app. Anyone else in your company can send requests to the roles without being counted, such as asking for leave or reporting an office issue, and sees only their own requests.

Can I hire just one or two roles?

Yes. Each role has its own price per person: €15 for the Accountant, €15 for the HR Admin and €10 for the Office Manager. All three together cost €35 a person instead of €40. A role on its own costs the same as on its own page.

Is there an onboarding fee?

No. Onboarding is included in every plan, with one role or all three. It covers mapping how your back office runs, connecting your systems, setting the rules and the probation period. You are working within a week.

Is there a usage limit?

There's a monthly allowance, but the work never stops at it. Each role includes 20 tasks a month for every person with access, shared across your company: the whole back office for 25 people includes 1,500. A task is one piece of work or one answer, and a batch counts as one. We tell you as you get close, and past your allowance you choose: extra tasks at €25 per 100, or a custom plan. The Pricing Policy has the details.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Yearly billing takes 15% off and is billed for the year ahead. Monthly billing costs a little more and you can cancel when needed.

Can I cancel?

Monthly plans, yes, when needed. Yearly plans run for the year you signed up for. Either way, your records and your data stay in your systems and leave with you.

What if more people need access?

Add them when you need to, or take people off. Your price follows the number of people with access, and a change starts with your next billing period, never part-way through one.

What does a small team pay?

There's no minimum. A team that gives 5 people access pays €175 a month for the whole back office, or €148.75 a month billed yearly. One role on its own starts at €10 a person.

Are there any other costs?

The price covers the roles, the engineers who supervise them, your account executive, onboarding, your monthly tasks and integrations within a monthly hour budget. Past your allowance, you choose extra tasks at €25 per 100 or a custom plan. Bigger integration work is scoped with you before it starts. Your existing software stays on your own subscriptions. OFFHOURS Credman is an optional add-on.
