Every order stays within policy.

Purchase requests are checked against your rules, routed for approval and tracked from request through to delivery.

Stock and equipment stay ready.

Equipment, consumables and recurring office supplies are tracked across sites, with shortages surfaced before they become a problem.

Renewals don’t sneak up.

Frequently asked questions.

What does the Office Manager handle each day?

It works the shared inbox and facilities requests, books repairs and chases them until they're fixed, routes purchase requests, keeps stock and equipment current, and hands every receipt to the Accountant. Your operations team sees what's open and what's done at any time.

How do we stay in control of purchases?

You set the rules: the monthly allowance, the approval threshold, the approvers and the preferred suppliers. Every order carries its request, its approver and an audit trail, and every change is logged and undoable from your daily digest.

Which systems does it work with?

Your existing info@ and admin mailboxes, Drive or SharePoint, your calendar and room booking, your expense tool, and ordering portals as adapters. It works with your team in Slack, Teams or WhatsApp.

Can it place orders or spend money?

Only inside your policy. It places orders within the allowance you set; anything above the threshold goes to the approver first. It never signs a contract or accepts terms, and it requests access and badges from whoever issues them rather than issuing them itself.

Does it replace our current office manager?

No, it works alongside them. It takes the follow-up, ordering and tracking off their plate, so the person running your workplace spends the day on the people and spaces that need them.

How long does it take to get started?

A week. We start as soon as you sign up: we map your sites, suppliers and who approves what, connect your inboxes and tools with hard rules for what it may touch, and within the week it works on probation while you review everything. After that it runs around the clock.
