How to Get Support
Your account executive. Every back office plan comes with a dedicated account executive as your single point of contact. It's the fastest way to get help: message them wherever you already work with us.
Email. If you'd rather write, or don't have an account executive yet, email info@hireoffhours.com. When you do, please include:
- The role it's about, if any (the Accountant, the HR Admin or the Office Manager)
- A clear description of the issue or question
- Screenshots or error messages, if you have them
