Leave about to expire

Nobody loses days by accident.

On a schedule HR set, The HR Admin tells each person about leave that is about to expire and books the days they choose.

On 1 December at 09:00, a schedule set by Drita prompts a message to Blerim about 6 days that expire on 31 December.

Blerim replies ‘yes and the 31st’, and 21–24 and 31 December are requested, with one day still to expire.

It runs the reminder HR set up once.

Waits for Blerim’s yes before requesting leave

What you see

Blerim books his days in one reply. Drita set the reminder once and it reaches everyone in time. The request is logged and can be undone.
