OFFHOURS

Working from home and a day off, in one sentence

Two requests. No forms.

The HR Admin
The HR Admin books a work-from-home day and requests annual leave from one sentence in the person’s own words.

In

Blerim writes on Slack at 16:02: ‘I’m working from home tomorrow and I need Friday off’.

Out

Done

Wednesday is booked as WFH and Friday is requested as annual leave, now with Vjosa for approval.

What it does

It splits the sentence into the two requests.

  1. 01Books Wednesday 21 October as WFH
  2. 02Requests Friday 23 October as annual leave
  3. 03Sends the leave request to the approver your HR system names

When it asks you first

Approval stays with a person.

  • Never decides who approves
  • Changes only the asker’s own record

What you see

Blerim sees both requests confirmed in one reply. Each one is logged and can be undone.
